It started with my family. They're all brilliant, but like us all, technology had them feeling lost at times. I would get calls or texts feeling frustrated, simply wondering why the TV or laptop won't work.
I realized that for many people, technology isn't a tool—sometimes it's a source of anxiety. I want to change that!
